Many individuals mentioned their admiration for renowned luxury brands such as Gucci, Louis Vuitton, and Versace. One participant remarked, “I really admire Gucci for their timeless elegance and ability to blend sophistication with street style.” Another individual highlighted their appreciation for Louis Vuitton, stating, “Louis Vuitton’s impeccable craftsmanship and iconic status make them a brand I truly admire.”

In addition to luxury brands, emerging streetwear brands also garnered admiration from the interviewees. Brands like Off-White, Fear of God, and Supreme were commended for their ability to push boundaries and capture the spirit of current trends. As one participant explained, “Off-White’s unique designs and fearless approach to fashion really resonate with me.”


Furthermore, several interviewees expressed their admiration for black fashion designers who have made significant contributions to the industry. Brands like Pyer Moss, Telfar, and Dapper Dan were commended for their representation, celebration of black culture, and commitment to inclusivity in fashion. One participant stated, “I deeply admire Pyer Moss for their innovative designs and their unwavering commitment to showcasing black culture.”
