Kid Cudi’s unstoppable momentum continues as he recently released the Nitro Mega expansion of his latest album, INSANO. But that’s not all— the artist has already announced that he’s hard at work on his forthcoming album, set to drop in 2026.

Making the big announcement on X, Kid Cudi confirmed that the upcoming record, still untitled, is already 80% complete. Expressing his dedication to his craft, he stated, “Just wanted to let yall know, expect an album from me every other year.” However, he also revealed his plans to focus on his film and television commitments in the coming year, explaining, “[N]ext year is all about filmin. Got a bunch of stuff I need to get done. Film and tv. So I take a year off of music to do it all.”

The album INSANO showcased Kid Cudi’s collaborations with DJ Drama, Travis Scott, Pharrell, A$AP Rocky, XXXTentacion, and Young Thug. The Nitro Mega edition added even more star power with guest appearances from Wiz Khalifa, Chip Tha Ripper, Pusha T, Lil Yachty, Layzie Bone, Krayzie Bone of Bone Thugs-N-Harmony, and Steve Aoki.

Kid Cudi’s dedication to his craft and his determination to consistently deliver new music to his fans have solidified his position as a prominent figure in the music industry.
