Tierra Whack, the Philadelphia rapper, made an exciting announcement on her social media platforms, revealing that she is set to release a new project titled “World Wide Whack.”
Whack expressed her dedication to this project, emphasizing that she took her time to create something truly special for her fans. Accompanying her announcement, she shared album imagery brought to life by Alex Da Corte, who previously directed the music video for her 2020 hit “Dora.” Despite already releasing her acclaimed debut album, “Whack World,” in 2018, she refers to “World Wide Whack” as her debut album.
Building anticipation, Whack will drop the project’s first single, “Shower Song,” this Friday, January 26. This surprise announcement follows a successful year for Whack, highlighted by the viral track “Chanel Pit” and the highly praised Cypher film.
Fans can mark their calendars for the release of “World Wide Whack” on Friday, March 15.
